Payment & Refund Terms

• Your reservation fee is never lost. If your plans change, transfer it free of charge to a later batch, a different GESTAAC course, or another person.
• If GESTAAC cancels or discontinues your batch, you get a full refund of everything you have paid.
• Change your mind before the first session and your training-fee balance is refunded in full. Before the second session, half of it is refunded.
• From the second session onward the balance is non-refundable — but you may re-join a future batch of the same course once, free.
